Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Any used, damaged, or altered products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team with product details and proof of issue.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain surgical instruments or customized orders may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Return Shipping
